Utah Medicare Guidance, the public facing Medicare business brand of Nicholas Security, offers two separately chosen text message programs. Nonmarketing texts provide responses to requested assistance, appointment confirmations, and workshop or appointment reminders. Marketing texts provide automated follow up and marketing messages regarding Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D prescription drug plan options. We send each type only to individuals who have provided consent for that type. Both text consent choices are optional, unchecked by default, and are not a condition of receiving assistance or purchasing insurance.
Marketing message frequency is up to 9 messages over 14 days. Nonmarketing message frequency varies according to your requests and appointments. For subscribers to both, total message frequency is up to 9 messages over 14 days. Message and data rates may apply.

STOP: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future text messages. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
